演讲者: 墨西哥UDLAP J. Alfredo Sánchez 教授
演讲者简介：
Alfredo Sánchez教授目前是墨西哥Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP)大学推算机科学系教授、互动合作技术尝试室的掌管人 。在他的携带下，该尝试室从1996年起就起头在知识技术和人机交互领域发展研发项目，项目成就已在100多个刊物上颁发 。Alfredo教授是互联网服务和利用期刊和国际图书馆期刊的编委 。他是墨西哥推算机学会的主席 。
Alfredo教授在美国德州农工大学(AM)别离获得推算机科学硕士和博士学位，他曾在新西兰怀卡托大学做客座教授、在密苏里植物园的植物信息中心做接见科学家 。
讲座提要：
Communication, learning and decision making can be hindered when emotions are misinterpreted or not considered. Technology mediation in these and other human activities poses challenges for the inclusion of emotions in computer-supported environments. This talk presents an overview of affective computing, a field of study focused on the detection, interpretation, and processing of emotions, moods and sentiments. Recent advances are discussed with emphasis on applications for ambient intelligence and smart cities.
